Asian games updates:India win  gold  in Rowing

After a mixed bag on Day 5, India rowers shined on Day 6 as they secured two bronze medals and one gold early on for India. Dushyant Chaudhary won the bronze medal in Mens’s Single Sculls Rowing, while Rohit Kumar and Bhagwan Singh too added another in Men’s Double Sculls Rowing

India Women’s Kabaddi team will face Iran in the gold medal match, while shooters Heena Sidhu and Manu Bhaker will attempt to go for gold in Women’s 10m Air Pistol. Anish Bhanwala will also be action in Men’s 25m Rapid Fire Pistol event.

Rohan Bopanna and Divij Sharan will also compete in Men’s Doubles Tennis Gold medal match.Harjinder Singh finish 4th with 560 points finishes while Amit Kumar finished 5th with 559 in 300m Standard Rifle event. No medal for India in the event. Manu Bhaker & Heena Sidhu qualify for Final in Women’s 10m Air Pistol.
