Bursting firecrackers time Announced

Tamilnadu government says the timing between morning 4am to 5am, and night time 9pm to 10pm. These time alotted for bursting firecrackers on deepavali

The Supreme Court advises that the Tamil Nadu government can take the final decision(change the time) for bursting fire crackers on Deepavali.
