Cable TV services will be stopped?

Tamilnadu Cable TV Operators Association has announced that the Cable TV Broadcasting Service will be stopped on 24th of january, as opposed to the new Tariff Rules for February 1.

According to the Telecommunication Regulatory Commission, only 100 channels can be viewed free of cost at 153 rupees a month. Payment can only be paid for referred channels. Subscribers should be selected by the 31st of this month to see which channels they want.

The cable TV operators have announced that it will stop the cable TV broadcasting service on 24th day, claiming that the procedure is being brought in a hurry.
