CM gives dhoti,saree for pongal

Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy has started offering a free dhoti and saree due to Pongal festival.

In 2019, he set up a total cost of sailing to 5 families in the Madras Presidency, with 1 crore 56 lakh 54 thousand people getting these dhoti,sarees.

The Chief Minister has served seven persons as an indicator of providing employment to 131 assistant engineers at the Water Resources Department and Construction System under Public Works Department.
