On the 134th Congress Foundation Day today, Congress President RahulGandhi along with senior leaders from the party hoist the national flag & pay their respects to the long history of this vibrant political movement.

One of the world’s largest and oldest political parties, the Indian National Congress was formed on December 28, 1885, by British civil servant Allan Octavian Hume. With its birth, the struggle for India’s liberation was started in an organised manner.
