Actress Deepika Padukone has announced that her Hollywood debut ‘xXx: The Return of Xander Cage’ will release in India on January 14 before any other country.

“Thrilled to announce that #XxX:TheReturnofXanderCage will release in India first! Before anywhere else in the world! #14thJanuary #VinDiesel,” Deepika tweeted.

The actioner directed by DJ Caruso that also stars Nina Dobrev, Samuel L Jackson, Donnie Yen, Ruby Rose and Toni Collette will release worldwide on January 20.

It is intended to be the third film in the xXx franchise, and thereby a sequel to both the 2002 film xXx and the 2005 film ‘xXx: State of the Union’, though more directly with the first film.
