India won first gold medal in Asian Athletics

Doha: India won the first gold medal in Asian Athletics Championship.

Gomati Marimuthu ran for racing in the women’s 800 meters for the last 2 minutes at 4.96 seconds. The final round of the 2 nd day,it was 800 meters.

In the 800 meters race for women, Gomati Marimuthu won the gold medal in 2 minutes and 2 minutes and added to India.
