Since 1992, International Day of Persons with Disabilities observed on Dec 3. This year disabilities theme said that Empowering persons with disabilities & ensuring inclusiveness and equality.

To focus on issues that affect people with disabilities worldwide. Let us recognise their skills, encourage them & uplift their spirits by accepting their special abilities and provide them with equal opportunities.
