Make calls even without a SIM on BSNL

It will soon be possible to call others and receive calls even without a SIM card on Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, as they are launching Wings service starting from 25th July

The Chief General Manager of BSNL, R. Marshal Antony Leo said Wings is a mobile telephony voice service based on app. Using this, the BSNL users will be able to make and receive phone calls even without a SIM card.

This can be done via mobile phones or laptop.For this, the customers need to bear with Rs 1099 as yearly subscription.
