Moderate rainfall expected in TN

Chennai Meteorological Survey says it is likely to rain with thunderstorm in next 24 hours in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry due to the atmospheric overlay cycle.

The rainfall is due to the atmospheric overlay cycle on the Andhra and the nearby coastal areas, and the eastward direction in the northeast monsoon season.

According to the study center, the sky is clouded in the evening, at night it is possible to have a slight rainfall in chennai.
