Nokia 7 plus receive Android 9.0 Pie

Nokia 7 Plus will receive Android 9.0 Pie in September, HMD Global confirmed the development at the Nokia 6.1 Plus launch on Tuesday. Alongside the news about the Android Pie update, HMD Global has released a major update for the Nokia Camera app that brings Google Lens integration .

The Nokia 7 Plus will receive the Android 9.0 Pie update sometime in the first half of September. The updated Nokia Camera app is available for download via Google Play

Launched in February with Android 8.0 Oreo, the Nokia 7 Plus received an update to Android 8.1 Oreo in April. The handset also got 4G LTE support for the second SIM card alongside the May Android security patch in May.
