Puducherry: Bus strike in second day

Puducherry: Puducherry Government Road Transport Corporation employees are strike for two days to press for a three month pay. It has more than 750 permanent and contract employees are working in transport department

Employees are fully blocked 100 buses and drive more than 300 bus drivers, conductors and workers against 3 month salary issued.

Passengers from rural areas have been inconvenienced due to the government buses going to Karaikal, Chennai and Villupuram villages. Employees have warned that the government will immediately distribute the salary or not we will never stop the strike
