Punjab National Bank criminal case: Rs.218 cr

In the Punjab National Bank fraud case, a related diamond dealer, Mughal Saqsi, The Implementation Department has frozen assets worth 218 crores.

The Bombay Regional Office has issued a warrant to dispose of assets under the Foreign Exchange Fraud Prevention Act. Accordingly, in India and overseas, activities are being taken to mitigate the assets of Megal Shoghi.

The Enforcement Department has also started that the owner of movable assets, Mughal Soksy and Mikhir Bansali, The total value of disabled assets is Rs. 218.46 crores.
