Samsung Galaxy A8 launched soon in India

The Galaxy A8 Star is powered by a Snapdragon 660 chipset aided by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.The handset is already available in global markets including, Philippines, Hong Kong.

Samsung unveiled its new mid-range smartphone — the Galaxy A9 Star in China back in June this year and now the company is rumoured to launch the smartphone in India soon with a label — Galaxy A8 Star.

In China, the smartphone is priced at 2,999 yuan (approximately Rs 30,600). The key features of the smartphone are its Infinity display, dual rear cameras and 24MP selfie shooter.The Galaxy A8 Star sports a 6.3-inch full HD+ (1080×2160) Super AMOLED display. It is powered by a Snapdragon 660 chipset aided by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 400GB. The device draws its power from a 3700mAh battery
