SC ordered Anil Ambani to pay fine Rs.453 cr

Supreme court ordered Anil Ambani to pay Rs.453 crore to Ericsson within four weeks. In case of failure to pay, Chairperson Anil Ambani who gave undertaking will have to suffer three months imprisonment.

Additionally, one crore fine imposed on each of the companies to be deposited with the supreme court Registry.

Contempt petition was filed against Anil Ambani, Ericsson had gone to top court against Anil Ambani’s company for not clearing dues.
