There’s no limit for withdrawal from 1^st of February:-

Central government announced that 500 and 1000 rupees note or not valid from last year November 8^th, and there are some strict rules and regulations for transferring money through ATM. The people from all over India can’t transfer money even for their emergency need and they suffered a lot.

Particularly the vendor and business people who have to make daily transfers suffered a lot and their business faced many problems, Reserve Bank said that from February 1^st there’s no limit for the withdrawal and the banks can set a limit of amount for withdrawal by their own wish. And they also continued that this is not applicable for “Savings Account holder”.
