Ahead of this crucial and important battle against the novel corona virus ,people have to use some factors such as social distancing, face masks and other safety measures. To enhance the safety precautions the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has introduced smart helmets for covid-19 screening . this helmets were launched as part of the ‘ Mission Zero’ initiative to check and aware of spread of corona virus.

Smart helmets are portable thermo-scanners. The thermal camera on the helmet can screen upto 13 people at a time and around 200 people in a minute. they are now being used to screen people in high density areas such as markets, slums and public gathered areas with huge mass.
