TRAI warned Telecommunications Companies
Mumbai: TRAI has warned cell phone service companies, not to stop the incoming calls of consumers who do not follow a monthly recharge back.
At least Rs 35 minimum balance is eligible for customers receiving incoming calls. Complaints against the Indian Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TIRI), which have caused severe discontent among consumers.
TRAI also advised properly send the corresponding sms to the customers before stop the incoming calls.
