Gangster Vikas Dubey , who killed 8 police officers got arrested by Madhya Pradesh police officers in ujjain yesterday was encountered when he tried to flee away after the car over turned in the national highway of u.p . even though police tried to make him surrender , he fired at the policemen. considering as defence police officers shot him in retaliatory and after rushed to the hospital in kanpur west.
