Xiaomi Mi 6C with Snapdragon 660 SoC spotted online

Chinese technology giant Xiaomi seems to working on a new smartphone dubbed as the Mi 6C. Like other released smartphones under the same brand, there is no doubt in this upcoming handset gaining fame globally.

The smartphone recently made appeared on the benchmarking website, GFXBench with a code name ‘Xiaomi Jason’. The listing reveals some specifications including a 5.1-inch full HD display with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution and runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat. It will be powered by a 2.2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 660 chipset with Adreno 512GPU. It will have 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

The smartphone is said to come equipped with a 12MP rear camera with support for 4K recording. It will also have a 4MP front facing camera. On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers NFC, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, Compass, while the sensors on the phone includes an accelerometer, gyroscope, barometer, pedometer. Xiaomi is expected to unveil the device soon.
