ZTE has launched the Premium variant of its Axon 7 smartphone in the US. The 6GB of RAM/ 128GB inbuilt storage Axon 7 variant sports a Force Touch display unlike the Standard variant, and is now available through the company’s US online store, and is priced at $499.98 (roughly Rs. 34,100). The Standard variant had been launched in the US at $399.98 (roughly Rs. 27,300).

The 5.5-inch AMOLED display with Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution now supports Force Touch. This works same as the 3D Touch on the new iPhones. Talking about the new Axon 7, it is now protected by Gorilla Glass 5 instead of last gen Gorilla Glass 4.

It comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up to 128GB via micro SD card. The phone also has a fingerprint sensor which is located on its back panel. Other hardware, such as the Snapdragon 820 processor, 20-megapixel rear camera, and 3,250mAh battery, are still intact.
