• Adivi Sesh shared a video of 82-year-old Kiran Bai who was seen lifting weights
  • Kiran Bhai stunned all with her amazing workout routine
  • Adivi Shesh will next be seen in Sashi Kiran Tikka’s Major

It is already a proven fact that age is no barrier when it comes to fitness. And when it comes to the film industry, legendary actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth and Dharmendra are still going strong and are entertaining their fans and the audience even after crossing 70.

But it is all possible with a regular fitness regime! An 82-year-old woman, Kiran Bai, was seen lifting weights with much ease proving that nothing can beat her motivation. Her grandson Chirag Chordia dropped the video of his grandmother’s workout on Twitter and now it has gone viral.

Even Tollywood’s young actor Adivi Sesh retweeted the post and wrote, ‘Gymming with Grandma’ and was impressed with the woman’s fitness.

In this video, the woman seems happy doing her workout with ease. At this age too, she is sitting down and getting up without anyone’s help. Right from weight lifting to other exercises, she is seen doing all the physical training.

Adivi Sesh was impressed by her physique and how she has maintained her health. All the credit goes to her grandson Chirag who is helping his grandmother to stay fit. The grandmother-grandson duo’s workout videos on social media has garnered millions of views.

Adivi Sesh commented on the post, “I want to be her when I’m 82 🙂 #Beast #Grandma”.

Well, speaking about Adivi Sesh’s work front, he will next be seen in Major which is the biopic of 26/11 Mumbai terrorist attack hero Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan. He sacrificed his life saving the lives of many innocent people. Although the movie is ready to hit the screens, the Covid-19 second wave made it get postponed.

This movie has Shobita Dhulipalla and Saiee Manjrekar in the female lead roles. It also has an ensemble cast of Prakash Raj, Revathi and Murali Sharma.

Major is directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka and is produced by Mahesh Babu under the GMB Entertainment, A+S Movies and Sony Pictures banners. This movie showcases the life story of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan and once again takes us back to the 26/11 Mumbai attack day.
