AICTE announced to reduce seats in gov college

The All India Council for Technical Education has not been allowed to open new engineering colleges in any part of the country over the next two years.

Speaking to reporters, Anil Sahasrabudhe said that students are desperate for engineering studies. This is due to the fact that 50 percent of the engineering seats across the country were vacant.

This will reduce the 40,000 seats in government engineering colleges. The leader said that for the next two years, new engineering colleges are not allowed to start and he should change the policies and conditions of the state government’s engineering college.
