The 67-year old actor is recovering well, and his condition continues to be stable. Now, there is an official clarification from Kamal Haasan’s party on the actor’s discharge. A photo of Kamal Haasan returning home has been doing rounds on the internet, which has raised a query of whether the actor has been discharged from the hospital or not. However, the viral photo is an old one. The picture dates back to the year 2016 when Kamal Haasan was hospitalised for his leg surgery.

Kamal Haasan’s political party Makkal Needhi Miami has clarified the same through their Twitter page and confirmed to the fans that Kamal Haasan is recovering well and he is stable. Kamal Haasan was infected with the coronavirus after the actor traveled across Newyork, Chicago, Coimbatore, and Chennai within a week. But the actor has successfully completed his two doses of vaccination, and it has been helping the actor in his battle against the pandemic.

Meanwhile, Kamal Haasan has launched the Tamil trailer of ‘This Is 83’ on his Twitter page from the hospital, and he is releasing the Tamil version under Raaj Kamal Film International.
