Arun Vijay and Silambarasan are good friends, and they shared screen space in Mani Ratnam’s directorial ‘Chekka Chivandha Vaanam’. They played siblings in the action drama and delivered excellent performances. Now, as per the latest report Arun Vijay is all set to team up with Silambarasan’s film director, Susienthiran. The visionary last delivered Silambarasan’s ‘Eeswaran’, and the family drama released during Pongal last year and received good responses. Susienthiran is reportedly in talks with Arun Vijay to rope him as the lead actor for his next directorial. The actor has also reportedly been interested in teaming up with the National Award-winning director.
Meanwhile, Susienthiran has finished the work for his Tamil-Telugu bilingual starring Jai and Adhi in the lead roles in respective versions. The film is ready for release, and the makers have released the teaser and a song of the film so far. Jai with this project is trying his hands on composing music for the first time and thus he will be making his musical debut with the film.
On the other hand, Arun Vijay is currently shooting for the rural action drama ‘Yaanai’ with director Hari, and the film is heading towards completion. The film is also being made in Tamil and Telugu, and several posters from both versions were released weeks back.
