Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE Class 10 Term 1 Board Exams 2021-22 will begin from today – November 30, 2021 for the all the Major exams/subjects. As more than 16 lakh students prepare to write their exams, starting with SST/ Social Sciences paper today, they must go through the important instructions given here for Board exams. More details are also available on the official website – cbse.gov.in.  

Students may please note that CBSE Class 10 Term 1 Board Exams 2021-22 will be conducted from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm for most of the papers. In these exams, they would also get a reading time of 20 minutes, instead of the previous 15 minutes. CBSE Class 10 Term 1 Board Exams 2022: Important guidelines 

  1. Students must remember to carry their Class 10 admit cards to the exam hall, as in the event of not doing so, they will not be allowed to write the exam.  
  2. They are advised to reach to the exam hall at least 1 hour prior to the commencement of the exam i.e., by 10:30 am to rule out in possible last-minute problems. 
  3. CBSE Term 1 Board Exams 2022 prohibit the carrying and use of any electronic devices and hence, students must check their bags and items to make sure that they comply with this rule.  
  4. Wearing of masks is mandatory at all times during the exams and students must also maintain social distancing to avoid any possible transmission of infection.  
  5. Students must also remember to carry a blue/black ball point pen as it would be needed to mark answers in the demystifying OMR sheet. 
  6. While filling the OMR sheet, make sure that all the details given like personal details, subject code and so on are correct.  
  7. Before going to the exam hall, candidates must also familiarise themselves with the rules and ways to correctly fill an OMR sheet as prescribed by CBSE.
