CCTV camera attached in public exam centers

Chennai: Students for 10,11,12 class public exams will be monitored by CCTV cameras. The school education department has taken this action to prevent selection scams.

The first phase, which will require monitoring, will be brought under CCTV surveillance. All the activities in the centers will be monitored from the district headquarters.

CCTV cameras have already been placed in 3000 exam centers. School officials say that it will be expanded to more than 100 centers.
