Delhi government pay fine Rs 25 crore

New Delhi: The National Green Tribunal has imposed a penalty of Rs 25 crore for the Delhi state government for failing to control air pollution.

As our country’s capital, the environmental pollution in the country is increasing, and many people have suffered many problems like breathing and eye irritation.

The court also ordered the fine amount to be collected from the salary of Delhi government officials and the people who contaminated the environment. The National Green Tribunal has also issued a warning that it will have to pay Rs 10 crore per month if it fails to pay the fine.
