Earthquake affected in Andaman islands

An earthquake measuring 4.8 on the Andaman and Nicobar islands.

The earthquake was felt in January and February last year. The Indian Meteorological Survey said the earthquake was occured today at 6.44 am.

The earthquake, at 95 km, was recorded at 4.8 on the Richter scale. Early reports suggest that the earthquake caused no casualties or loss of material.
