As UGC have mentioned on their circular on July 06 that all students will be promoted to next year without taking exams. supreme court upholds the university grants commission’s circular to hold university final year exams. Final year college exams to be held by September 30, supreme court says states cannot promote students without it. so, this is clear that final year students won’t graduated from university until clearing their final year exams despite the pandemic situation, but chances are there to postpone the exams dates by considering students safety and health concerns during covid-19 period.
