HC dismissed petition against Nirav paintings

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court has dismissed the petition seeking a ban on the revenue department to sell the paintings owned by Nirav Modi.

Nirav Modi was arrested in London after he falsely imposed a Rs 13,500 crore fraud in Punjab National Bank.

Furthermore, 68 paintings captured by Income Tax Department from Water Resources will be sold at another auction.
