The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released an employment notification inviting interested, eligible candidates to apply for the positions of Junior Engineering Assistant and Deputy Manager Research/Senior Research Officer.

Junior Engineering Assistant-IV: 6

Deputy Manager Research: 1

Educational qualification:

Junior Engineering Assistant-IV: The candidates interested in applying for this post should have pursued minimum three-year full time regular/sandwich diploma in relevant engineeringfield.

Or

Candidates should have a BSc (math, physics, chemistry or industrial chemistry) from a recognised institute/university, with minimum of 50 per cent marks in aggregate for general and OBC candidate and 45 per cent in aggregate in case of SC/ST candidates, against reserved positions.

Deputy Manager Research: The candidates interested in applying for this post should be holding a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognised university/institute/board.

Age limit:

Junior Engineering Assistant-IV: The age of the candidates applying for these posts must not exceed 26 years and must be minimum 18 years.

Deputy Manager Research: The age of the candidates applying for these posts must not exceed 39 years.

Pay scale

Junior Engineering Assistant-IV: The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 11,900 to Rs 32,000.

Deputy Manager Research: The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 32,900 to Rs 58,000.

Selection procedure

The candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test and a trade test.
