For the first time ever, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) will start a Jannat-e-Kashmir ride from Patna to Srinagar to promote tourism via air.

The journey would begin on March 12 and end in Patna on March 17.

The IRCTC can carry up to 16 tourists from Patna on the Jannat-e-Kashmir trip this time.

Jannat-e-Kashmir trip

During their five-night stay, visitors will be escorted to Srinagar, which is surrounded by vast lakes, meadows, and rare floating gardens in the valley zones. They will visit Kashmir’s emerald valley, Gulmarg, Sonamarg, and Pahalgam, and that privileged travelers will spend one night in a deluxe houseboat in Srinagar.

However, a triple occupancy room for a child will cost Rs 26,310 per person.

During their six-day stay, travelers will travel in economy class and will be provided with special security protection.

The flight will leave Patna at 8:25 am and return to the airport at 2:30 pm on the same day.
