Jamia Millia Islamia University (JMI), New Delhi has released an admission notification inviting applications from interested, eligible candidates to apply for its four-year Bachelor of Technology (BTech) and five-year Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) programmes for the academic session 2017.

Educational qualification:

BTech programme:

The candidates interested in applying for this programme must have passed class 12/ intermediate or its equivalent from a recognised board with physics, chemistry and mathematics as their main subjects, with not less than 55 per cent marks in PCM

Or

Should have a diploma in engineering recognised by AICTE or a state board of technical education of 3 or 4-year duration with not less than 55 per cent marks.

BArch programmes:

The candidates interested in applying for this programme must have passed class 12 examination and should have secured not less than 50 per cent marks in aggregate with mathematics, English, physics, and chemistry as subjects

Or

Should have a 3-year diploma (10 plus 3) recognised by central/state government with 50 per cent marks in aggregate.

They should appear for JEE Mains 2017 for BTech/BArch programme admission.

Selection procedure

The candidates will be selected on the basis of scores obtained in JEE (Main) – 2017 conducted by CBSE.
