The shooting of Kamal Haasan starrer ‘Vikram’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj has been progressing at a brisk pace ever since the project was announced. While we had earlier reported that the fourth and final schedule of shooting had begun already in Coimbatore, the latest is that the team is currently shooting in Dharavi, Mumbai.

Reports are the team will head back to Coimbatore soon where the scenes involving Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil are being planned to be shot. Since plan to wrap up the shooting by December went for a toss after Ulaganayagan was down with COVID_19 for a few days, the film which was initally planned a March, 2022 release has also been pushed to a summer release.

Kamal Haasan is said to be playing as a cop in ‘Vikram’, while Fahadh Faasil and Vijay Sethupathi play crucial roles and will share screen space with the legendary actor for the first time.

‘Vikram’ is said to be an action thriller written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj with music by Anirudh Ravichander. The film also has an interesting line of star cast which includes Arjun Das, Kalidas Jayaram, Narain, Shivani and Myna Nandhini among many others. Meanwhile, a fresh set of actors names have also been revealed to be part of the film.
