Lakshmi Vilas merge with India Bulls Housing Finance

Lakshmi Vilas Bank, which runs 93 years in Tamil Nadu including Tamil Nadu, joins India Bulls Housing Finance.

In 1926, seven people, led by Ramalinga Chettiyar, started Lashmi Vilas Bank in Karur. Currently it operates with over 500 branches.

The Bank has suffered losses over the past five quarters. So far Lakshmi Vilas Bank has decided to merge with Bulls Housing Finance.
