In Vishakhapatnam district  a swimming competition  was organized by Vizag sports journalists Association (VISJA).  Visakhapatnam district Swimming  Association  co-sponsored it said it was a resounding success with over 160 children under-12 and under-14 boys and girls), participating in it here on Sunday.  The President of The Olympic Association ,Visakhapatnam T.S.R.Prasad inaugurated it.  More competitions in other sports such as basketball,football,badminton and other sports would be organized said Mr.Prasad.  The swimming competitions for under 14 children was conducted separately for boys and girls in the two age groups in four events: 50 M backstroke, freestyle, breaststroke and butterfly.
