Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s dreamy wedding has been the talk of the town. The couple will get married on June 9 after dating for over six years. Ahead of the wedding, details about the venue, theme and the guest list have been revealed. At a press meet, Vignesh Shivan said that the wedding would be intimate with just family members and close friends in attendance.
NAYANTHARA AND VIGNESH SHIVAN’S VENUE AND THEME ARE OUT
Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara will exchange vows in a traditional ceremony on June 9. After being in a relationship for over six years, the two decided to get married with the blessings of parents and friends.
WEDDING VENUE
Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara are spiritual people. Hence, the two decided to have their wedding at Tirupati Lord Venkateswara temple in Andhra Pradesh. However, there were logistics issues and they found it difficult to bring their families to Tirupati. So, they zeroed in on a resort in Mahabalipuram near Chennai.
According to their leaked wedding invite, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan will get married at Park Sheraton in Mahabalipuram. The ceremony will kickstart at 8.30 am.
WEDDING THEME
Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s fans are curious to know about their wedding ensembles. According to the invite, ‘ethnic pastels’ is the theme for the grand wedding.
Family members and friends who will be attending the wedding will be dressed according to the theme.
GUEST LIST
At the press meet, Vignesh Shivan announced that theirs would be an intimate wedding with close friends and family members. Days ahead of the wedding, the couple personally met Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin to invite him and his family. Udhayanidhi Stalin was also present.
Also, there are rumours doing the rounds that several A-listers, including Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Chiranjeevi, Ajith, Suriya, Vijay, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Katrina Kaif, Vijay Sethupathi, Anirudh Ravichander and Nelson Dilipkumar have been invited for the grand wedding.

Reports are rife that Gautham Menon has been roped in to direct the couple’s wedding ceremony. The video rights have been sold to an OTT giant for a whopping amount. An official announcement regarding the same will be out in the coming weeks.
