The one who spots underworld gangster  Dawood Ibrahim and for his associate ,The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced a cash reward of Rs 25 lakh. This underworld don had established a unit in India  to smuggle arms, explosives, drugs, and fake Indian currency notes (FICN) . They were also clearly associated with Pakistani agencies and terror outfits for carrying out terror attacks. For Ibrahim Mushtaq Abdul Razzaq Memon alias Tiger Memon also the agency has announced rewards. The reward amount for Anees, Chikna & Memon are Rs.15 lakh each. For Chhota shakeel the agency has allotted Rs.20 lakh. The highest amount of Rs.25 lakh is for Ibrahim. They are part of many criminal activities like  arms smuggling, narco terrorism, underworld criminal syndicate, money laundering, circulation of FICN and  unauthorised possession/ acquisition of key assets for raising terror funds. All International terrorist organisations like Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) and Al Qaeda (AQ) had partnered with him as per the NIA.
