If you want to build a successful team, always set HIGH PERSONAL STANDARDS in your thoughts and actions. Never think any task is beneath you. CANDIDLY tell the TRUTH and learn how to MOTIVATE people to create feelings of PRIDE and PRIVILEGE.

Understand the value of PRAISE and constant reinforcement. Also put the NEEDS OF THE TEAM first, even at your own expense. Short-term decisions may sting you a bit but the long-term LOYALTY you generate will pay for itself many times over.
