In Chennai, The School Education Department has directed all schools to prepare daily fever reports. It is of their students who have not attended school for more than three days and they have been ill. Chief Educational Officer of the Chennai Educational district Thiruvalar Selvi said “If students have been ill and not attended classes for more than three days, the schools have been asked to submit a report. The reports will be collated by the Block Resource Centre (BRC) or Cluster Resource Centres (CRC) in their area,”. All the government and private schools in the Educational district have received circulars. By afternoon schools have to send the reports. For twenty-five schools in an area, every  BRC or CRC have been administered for Co-ordination.
