Rohit and Dhawan rise Top ranking in ICC ODI

After Asia Cup success, Indian opening pair Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan made significant gains in the latest ICC ODI rankings released on Sunday.

Sharma, who led India to the 7th Asia Cup title, in the absence of Virat Kohli, jumped up two spots to reach his career-best 2nd position.

Dhawan, who was awarded the man-of-the-tournament award in the tournament with 342 runs in 5 innings at an average of 68.40, jumped up four slots to reach the fifth position in the ICC Rankings.
