Authorities received information about a bomb being found outside Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s official residence on Friday. Officials who rushed to the site said the information they received about the bomb was fake.

However, security was beefed up outside his residence following the bomb scare and a bomb disposal squad also arrived at the scene.

Police are now investigating the case and are trying to bring the situation under control.
