Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina on Tuesday , saying  about  the continuous co-operation since the Liberation war expressed  her gratitude to  India .  Everytime she visits the country she feels happy.  “India is our friend. Whenever I come to India, it’s a pleasure for me, especially because we always recall the contribution India has made during our Liberation War. We have a friendly relationship, we are cooperating with each other,” she told reporters.  At Rashtrapathi Bhavan on Tuesday morning , Sheikh Hasina was welcomed by PM Narendra Modi as per  the ceremonial Guard of Honour.  Regarding the upcoming talks with PM Modi  she added  “With friendship, you can solve any problem. So, we always do that.” The issues related to connectivity, trade and Defence today will be discussed by the two  Prime Minister’s today.  It looks like they are ready to sign pacts on training and IT Cooperation in Railways, science,space , water sharing on the Kushiyara river  and media Co –operation. Sources said once she arrived , Hasina  met  External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and discussed issues of bilateral interest and importance, sources said. “Delighted to call on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina of Bangladesh this evening. The warmth and frequency of our leadership level contacts is a testimony to our close neighbourly partnership,” Jaishankar tweeted after the meeting.  She also wanted to meet   President Droupadi Murmu and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar. She has arrived with many Senior Ministers.
