Karthik Venugopal directed the film Nenjamundu Neramaiyundu Odu Raja, which was produced by actor Sivakarthikeyan and starred Rio Raj. The film was released in 2019 and was a hit.
Karthik got married on November 15 in Coimbatore. Actor and producer Sivakarthikeyan gave a pleasant surprise at the wedding.

After saying that he could not come to the wedding due to unavoidable circumstances, SK left on his own without telling anyone and went to Coimbatore and suddenly entered the wedding hall to the delight of everyone.
He also presented a gold chain to the groom, and came forward and sat down with the public at the banquet and said goodbye after having food there.
