On November 7, Arjun took to Instagram and dropped an update about the film. In a note, he revealed the film’s full cast, along with the release date.

For those who’ve been looking for an update on Arjun Kapoor’s upcoming film Kuttey, can finally rejoice! The actor posted an announcement which contained the release date of the film (January 13, 2023), along with the film’s cast. Arjun’s note can be read, “Kuttey will release in cinemas on January 13, 2023. The film stars Arjun Kapoor, Tabu, Naseeruddin Shah, Konkona Sensharma, Kumud Mishra, Radhika Madan and Shardul Bhardwaj. Kuttey is directed by Aasman Bhardwaj, presented by Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar’s T-series and produced by Luv Ranjan, Vishal Bhardwaj, Ankur Garg and Rekha Bhardwaj.”

Kuttey will be directed by Vishal Bhardwaj’s son, Aasmaan Bhardwaj. This will also mark his directorial debut. In August 2021, producer-director Vishal took to social media and shared a rather intriguing motion poster from the film. The same had human bodies but with dog heads.
