The Tecno Pop 5 LTE is the latest mid-range offering from the brand. It has been made available in select markets. The Tecno Pop LTE has been unveiled silently without any official announcement.

The device is listed on the Philippines Shopee page. It only comes in a single 2GB RAM and 32GB storage variant, which is priced at PHP 4599 (roughly Rs 6,800).

The smartphone comes in Deepsea Luster and Ice Blue colours. It has a rectangular camera module on the rear and a capacitive fingerprint scanner for authentication. There’s a big Tecno branding on the rear panel of this device. While on the front, it has a dew-drop notch display.

The Tecno Pop 5 has a polycarbonate body that holds a 6.52-inch IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 720×1,560 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core UNISOC SC9863 processor paired with PowerVR GE8322 GPU. The Tecno Pop 5 gets 2GB RAM and 32GB of onboard storage, which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD.

The smartphone sports a dual-camera system on the rear consisting of an 8-megapixel primary lens and a 0.3-megapixel depth sensor. There’s a 5-megapixel selfie camera upfront, which is backed by a flashlight housed in the top bezel.

Tecno has used a 5000mAh battery on this smartphone, but there’s no fast charging support. This is a dual-SIM device that runs Android 10 Go Edition. The Tecno Pop 5 brings connectivity options like Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a Micro-USB port, Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, and more.

The Tecno Pop 5 is currently available in the Philippines and Pakistan. The single 2GB RAM and 32GB storage goes for PHP 4599 (roughly Rs 6,800) in the Philippines. Currently, there’s no information about the India launch.
