Thanjavur Big temple statue Inspection

For the fourth time in the Thanjavur Big temple, the police detecting the statues with the Archaeological Department, along with archaeology department.

In the world-famous Thanjavur Big Temple, a statue of 10 thousand idols including a statue of Natarajar, a thousand years old, has been lodged with fake statues. In this connection, the police detected three phases in collaboration with the Archaeology Department.

Twenty out of ten searches have been done in this work. Authorities have said that the study is based on the suspicion that statues have been modified because the modern Tamil characters are engraved on the statues and the height, weight, width and design of the idols are being counted.
