In alliance of an alleged foreign  exchange rules violation case , Tina Ambani had to be present  before the  the Enforcement Directorate today. She is the wife of industrialist Anil Ambani and veteran Bollywood actress. Anil Ambani had recorded his statement just a day before this in the case   registered under various sections of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). On Monday in Mumbai’s Ballard Estate Area , Anil Ambani appeared before the central agency to record his statement in the case. In 2020 in connection with the Yes Bank loan kickbacks case Ambani  appeared before the enforcement directorate in which the bank’s co – founder Rana Kapoor was arrested. The details of the case for which Ambani has appeared is yet to be ascertained. In 2022 September Ambani got relief in the 420 crore tax invasion case from the Bombay high court. The court directed Income tax department not to take any rough action against Anil Ambani.
