Union Public Service Commission, UPSC Mains 2021 exam is scheduled to be held in January, 2022 for 5 days. The Commission has released an important notice for Civil Services Mains with regards to the facility of exam centre change. More details on the same are also available on the official website – upsc.gov.in.  

UPSC Mains 2021 for Civil Services Exam, CSE will be held on January 7, 8, 9, 15 and 16, 2022. Through the official notice, the Commission has informed everyone that the facility to confirm/revise the exam centre will be made available soon on the official website.  

The decision has been taken after receiving demands from aspirants about the same. The online facility will be made available soon. However, it is not necessary for everyone to change the centre. Candidates may exercise them, only if needed.  

UPSC Mains 2021 option to change/confirm the exam centre will be made available as a part of Detailed Application Form-I. The Commission has further advised the aspirants to take care while making changes and submitting their choices. This is because this change will be considered final and after this, no requests will be entertained.  

The official notice reads, “Keeping in view the requests of the candidates for allowing change in their Centre for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2021, the Commission has decided to give an opportunity to all the candidates of this Examination for revising their Examination Centre, if required.

This facility will be part of Detailed Application Form-I which will be made available shortly on the Commission’s website. The candidates are advised to take due care while revising their Centre for Examination.”
